Castle Rap Song and Video

Of all the things I find special about my hometown of Haverhill Massachusetts, the fact that we have a castle I find pretty freakin’ cool.

Jimi Hendrix is soooo F’N High

I was watching some live Jimi Hendrix performances on Youtube because I was in the mood to watch a master at his craft. (I do that sometimes in order to remind myself how much I suck at my own craft.) I watched a good deal of Hendrix vids because I am also in general a fan of his music. In the video for Fire live in Sweden(1969) he is soooo fucked up! I mean it is so obvious he is high on the smack. He’s barely playing guitar and hardly singing at all. In fact he lets the bass player sing all of the choruses while he lazily plays away in a half purple haze. Compare it to the totally kick-ass high energy performance of Voodoo Child below it.

That Voodoo Child performance is great right?

Community strips thief naked in the street – Awesome!

If only we still had this sense of community. The video below shows a thief in Chile that was publicly beaten and stripped naked by a few angry and concerned citizens. No police involved. Just the hand of the community regulating itself with a combo of pain and humiliation.

And here’s a pic of a robber that was caught stealing from homes in Peru. The neighbors caught him and tied him to the pole for the afternoon until the police arrived. Meantime they beat his ass with switches (I still don’t now what a switch is – I prefer light sabers).

I wish we could bring back the ol’ Tar and Feather routine cuz this stuff will never happen in America again. As a community we’re no longer permitted to drop the hammer of citizen justice. Instead the thief would most likely escape and the news would show some awful in-store video surveillance in which NOBODY is recognizable. Even if they caught him at the scene the police wouldn’t be permitted to humiliate or even give the criminal a nice deserving beating. Lastly, the criminal would be given – for free – a lawyer that would assist him in filing the paperwork to present a complete LIE to a jury of his peers in an attempt to get away with the crime. And that last process would cost the public thousands of tax dollars and only result in a fifty percent chance he’d actually go to prison for his transgression. Yay America! That’s the way you do it! And they wonder why we don’t want to serve Jury Duty. (Btw have any of you seen me perform my Jury Duty joke? I’ll post a video of it asap.)

Moves Like Welker song (Moves Like Jagger parody)

Moves Like Welker is a song parody of Maroon Five’s Moves LIke Jagger song (Adam Levine w/Christina Aguillera). The song is a celebration of how great New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker is for fantasy football. My buddy Jeff Mans of http://fantasyalarm.com wrote most of the lyrics and I just ran with it – recording the lyrics, editing the video – for Fantasy Alarm TV and Jonesy.com. I think you’ll thoroughly enjoy this track.

Tebow is Just Alright (Tim Tebow Song)

Here’s the latest song I produced for the Fantasy Alarm Show on Sirius XM Fantasy Sports Radio. It features the most talked-about athlete of the week – Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow. The inspirations for this song are the following: Tim Tebow’s impressive come-back victory against the Miami Dolphins last week, Tebow’s religious ferver, and the Doobie Brother’s song Jesus is Just Alright (original artist was The Byrds btw).

I know you’ll enjoy this song. My message is: Love him or hate him, no matter how you slice it, in fantasy football Tim Tebow is an every week starter. Check out the Fantasy Alarm site for all your fantasy football info and also Fantasy Alarm TV for more of my videos and songs produced exclusively for the site/show.
